Our lab hours are from 8:30
a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. We are closed on all legal
Canadian Holidays.
Customer Service Tracking
If you need to
check on your order, just call one of our representatives and provide them
with your account and envelope number and you shall receive an immediate
response to your inquiry. In the event that you do not have an envelope
number readily available, please provide the type of service and
quantities requested.
Process and Proof
Orders
When submitting roll film for process and proofing,
please insert only one film type per envelope. Do not mix 120, 220 or 35mm
film in one envelope. Never mix cut negatives with unprocessed film in the
same envelope.
Rush Order
Service
Rush service is available and subject to additional
surcharges based on the time required. Please consult with a customer service
representative with your particular request. Be sure to indicate the rush
priority level you require on your order envelope. Orders marked rush,
without a due date will be handled in the ordinary course of
production.
Limit of Liability
In case of loss or damage, Midtown
Photo Lab will be liable only to the extent of replacing lost or damaged
film with the unexposed film of the same size and comparable or equivalent
type. Except for such replacement orders will be accepted without
guarantee, warranty or liability of any kind.
Terms
All orders C.O.D. unless credit
terms have been established. Approved open accounts
to be paid 30 days from date of invoice.
Pricing & Sales Tax
Prices are net and do not include G.S.T. or P.S.T. Prices
are subject to change without notice.
In case of adjustment for any reason,
negatives must be returned in the original negative bag and order
envelope, or reprints will not be made. Prints and clear instructions of
correction desired must accompany the returned order. Credits or refunds
are not available.
